This week we’re celebrating Food Service Appreciation Week by highlighting Pam, our Culinary Director of three years. Pam leads with creativity, care, and a love for making every meal special for our residents.

Fun facts about Pam:
• She owned her own catering company for 18 years, mainly serving the military, and even catered for Jimmy Buffett in 2001.
• Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, teaching them to pole bend and barrel race.
• She also sews custom riding shirts and renaissance costumes.
• She’s a morning person who loves the quiet start of the day.
• The best career advice she’s ever received is “Do what you love and never say can’t.”
