SHOP IS TEMPORARILY BACK OPEN!

Well after weeks of radio silence from Etsy, I JUST received the first email from them. My account was suspended for MY protection🙄🤔(according to them)after receiving a notification of fraud on my personal account….FROM ME btw. No email about the fraud to me personally, no email ASKING if I WOULD LIKE/PREFER for them to shut my source of income off for MY safety….just the swift action of a shutdown??? Hmmm OK Etsy. Thanks SO MUCH for helping me protect myself and my customers 🤦🏼‍♀️by not communicating with me and instead just shutting me down…GREAT! Many thanks.

I will still be shutting it down MYSELF eventually here and opening a new shop elsewhere but I figure I’d give people the opportunity to stock up on their favorites before some are discontinued AND so I can make a bit of cash to help myself lol(in light of zero income for weeks) AND to help the new shop too! There will eventually be a list of what products are making the cut, and those that are not.
For now, it’s all available! Thanks SJ family and enjoy!

*If something is out of stock or sizes aren’t available & I’m unaware due to all this madness I’ll do my best to let ya know asap after ordering and we’ll remedy this❤️together or figure something out ok!

Sadly, I STILL have heard NOTHING from Etsy. In doing my research, I’ve stumbled upon MANY people who’s shops have been TOTALLY WIPED, no warning, no email, NOTHING! I find this extremely unacceptable. Etsy basically OWNS us and can do WHATEVER they please, at any moment. Rendering those of us using them to sell and as our livelihood/income….pretty much beat. I CANNOT and WILL NOT accept this! I find it extremely disturbing and a gross overreach of power to do this to the people that MAKE ETSY RICH! Without US, they would BE NOTHING! I’m sickened by what has transpired over these few days and STILL have not been given ANY explanation as to WHY my shop was closed. 🤦🏼‍♀️😢

Hey family!
Yesterday afternoon it was brought to my attention by a lovely customer that my shop on Etsy was not showing up. My first thought was maybe she just hadn’t put the right name in bc to my knowledge, my shop was running well! I actually was working early that morning on orders and stuff and my Etsy shop was functioning properly. Wanting to make sure, I went to my
Etsy seller app that I have on my phone and sure enough I was LOCKED OUT of my own shop!! No warning, no email, NOTHING!

I frantically have been emailing them since yesterday and still have heard nothing. I DID receive an automated email from them stating my request was sent and may take 48 hours to resolve, that was it tho. My prayer and my hope is that this will all be worked out by Monday. If you have orders placed with me I ask kindly for you to wait till Monday for me to figure this out. I WILL be in touch with you personally and already have been with some who’s orders are going out Monday morning.

I will figure this out one way or another and if you don’t get your order from me, you WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Even if Etsy doesn’t refund you myself, bc as of NOW, I don’t have access even to MY FUNDS Etsy is holding and have yet to receive them from most orders.

My purpose of writing this was to calm anyone who may go to my shop and be like WTF and to also let people know that I WILL be leaving the Etsy platform for good after this! I’m opening a NEW SHOP, new name and new products(keeping some old too)hopefully as the new year unfolds! I’m VERY excited about this and I think you will be too!

Working on something PRETTY exciting here at Sammy Jean! Well….a few NEW exciting things actually! Can anyone guess what these are?!!!

Yes, I KNOW they don’t LOOK 👀 pretty BUT they are gonna DO some pretty amazing things for you guys and TOTALLY simplify your day to day too hopefully!! Gonna be testing them out this week on myself and the Guinea Pigs(aka my family lol) to see how they preform!!

A “Basic” cold process soap recipe and then just a couple of Sammy Jean soap recipes🌎💜☀️

What makes MY soaps different from all the rest you ask?
Well let me tell you!!😘
I use QUALITY all natural/organic plant based oils, luxury skincare oils, and rich butters in ALL my soaps!
If that wasn’t enough 😘 I use ONLY therapeutic grade essential oils, aloe vera juice(not water), handmade herbal oil infusions, hand pressed/made plant milks and LOVE in every batch of soap I make. I take pride and pleasure in making unique small batch soaps, made of high quality plant, nut and fruit oils/butters.

I use ZERO fake or synthetic fragrance, ZERO artificial colorings or dyes. I like to keep my soaps natural and beautiful, I don’t do fancy sparkles or fake fragrance.
I strive to consciously weave my knowledge of herbs, ancient resins and oils and a bit of magic into all of my creations!
I hope this helps you to gain a bit of understanding as to why Sammy Jean is different than ALL the others out there! If you want the unreal colors and dyes and fakey fragrance, I’m not your brand, BUT if you want and value nature in its finest form, appreciate handmade quality and paying homage to the old ways and ancient wisdom….then I’m your soap company and your my customer!

Making fresh Lavender & Calendula solar oil infusion💜🌼. Flowers were dried for 3 days to remove most of the moisture from them to prevent spoilage. This oil is used in many of my products for Sammy Jean and also in the calendula & buttermilk soap!

🦁Gate Essence for 2021!!

The main energetic that I had come thru when feeling into what type of potion would be crafted this year was “GROUND INTO THE HIGHER HEART” which is why I was guided to use the Shungite, Moldavite, Rose Water & Frankincense.

Shungite is known for many properties, some of which are being able to rid the body and energetic field of anything harmful when in relation to 5G energies, dark energies or stagnation. Clear the field ~ so to speak ~ It is a very grounding stone that relates to the root chakra. Spiritually it is known as a neutralizer, able to neutralize and balance ones energetic field. I do feel that there is a connection of sorts when using these 2 together, a message of “from carbon to galactic/crystalline”.
Meaning we as souls must start to move from this carbon based body/DNA/thinking to more of crystalline and cosmic way of perceiving ourselves and life as we know it. From 3D to 5D and above, a shift of grand proportions!

Moldavite is a VERY galactic otherworldly stone. Having the ability to really help manifest whatever you focus upon and to swiftly bring in change for your highest good. It is extremely wonderful for helping to connect to higher life forms and energy. Chakra wise, it is connected and resonates with the heart and higher heart energy. I chose rose and frankincense bc they feel very much feminine and masculine to me, a heiro gamic union of the two. A merging and blending of these energies physically that will support us spiritually. This is my own personal take and feelings.
It is what I felt and picked up this morning when tapping in to create this essence for the collective💜. Anyone who feels called to work with this handcrafted essence or wants to purchase, will be able to do so after the 12th. I want to soak up as much of these potent energies from the cosmos as is available to us! I’ll make it known when it’s up in the shop and ready to purchase 💎☀️🙏🏼🦁💎☀️🌎

The Sunny🌼☀️Skin LOVING calendula! 4 different varieties of the same plant, with the resina calendula being the MOST valuable variety for herbal skincare and remedies due to its high resin content! Calendula is a skin HEALER of the highest order. It is amazingly good for healing wounds, speeding the recovery time of wounds, skin calming/anti-inflammatory benefits and so much more. I make a soap from this oil that is beautiful and gentle for skin, find it under the Calendula & Buttermilk soap listing in my Etsy shop Sammy Jean Naturals!! I’ve also made solar infusions in a simple carrier oil to treat my dogs hot spots, and sore skin too! The applications are endless for this safe and gentle herb 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼
