🌸 Last week I was getting antsy being stuck at home taking care of my sweet pup after his knee surgery. But ADHD brains are nothing if not resourceful—I wasn’t about to let cabin fever win! So, we went on a little adventure… and he got chauffeured around in the cart while I picked out flowers. 🐾✨

I’m calling this my “thinking outside the box (cart)” moment of the week. Doesn’t he look perfect among the blooms? 💛💜

September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💚

Did you know individuals with ADHD are at a higher risk for su***de?

Impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and rejection sensitivity can make tough moments feel unbearable—and lead to sudden decisions without warning.

If someone you love has ADHD, here are signs they might be struggling silently:
• Withdrawing or isolating
• Talking about being a burden
• Increased irritability or hopelessness
• Risk-taking or impulsive behaviors
• Sudden calm after intense distress

🧠 ADHD can mask emotional pain. Don’t wait for a “clear sign.”

✨ Check in. Be present. Ask the hard questions.

Your support might just be the lifeline they need.
