Picture this: we’re working on weight shifting in class. One skill. Every age. Watch how it grows:

👶 3 months — on their tummy, shifting weight to one arm to reach a toy
👶 6 months — sitting and shifting side to side, building balance reactions
👶 9 months — on hands and knees, rocking as the body prepares to crawl
👶 11 months — standing at furniture, loading one leg then the other to cruise
👶 13 months — taking steps, shifting weight foot to foot with every stride
