Thank you Altoona for 17 years of leading yoga classes in the area. I am very grateful and humbled by the love and support from the community. You all have a special place in my heart and have made me the teacher I am today. I have so much gratitude for all the wonderful yogis I have met and the students who became teachers. It is bittersweet as I move from the area and on to new adventures. Peace and love to you all. Namaste

Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down in a comfortable position. All that is required, is to listen to a guided meditation.
