Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg, is a communication framework that encourages empathy and understanding in conversations, even in the face of conflict. It focuses on expressing feelings and needs without blame or criticism and encourages active listening to the feelings and needs of others. By fostering compassion and connection, NVC helps individuals navigate difficult conversations, reduce misunderstandings, and build more meaningful relationships.
