A gentle reminder that pushing through has consequences.

When we override our limits, it often shows up as irritability, emotional exhaustion, and changes in how we relate to the people we care about. Many don’t recognize these signs until burnout is already present.
Rest, self care, and self compassion are not selfish they are essential components of the healing process. It’s a necessary step in supporting emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and sustainable way of living.
