Our Story
The seeds of my journey into the world of wellness were planted after experiencing the positive and profound effects of yoga on my mental and emotional state. I thought, "if I can feel better in my body and mind, others can too".
"And, maybe I can help".
After receiving my yoga teacher training in Pittsburgh, PA with Lynn Rescigno my curiosity of the breath/body connection continued to grow. I went on to graduate from the International Spa Institute in Blufton, SC where I worked for some time before returning home.
I attribute my unique and therapeutic massage style to having spent my early massage days working on Hilton Head Island, where I learned from seasoned therapists and was encouraged to treat the therapy as something sacred.
