A bad fall can be life altering: from causing impaired mobility to possible brain injuries. Simple changes can prevent falls in various parts of your home. Such as, removing loose rugs, cords and clutter. Making sure rooms have good lighting. Or installing grab bars in the bathroom and along walkways.
