This is one of those scenarios not many include in training, and then you encounter it and have to use your thinking cap. 🎩 🧠

Maybe when creating moulage wounds on roleplayers, mannequins, cadavers and “other” mediums, consider a wound that isn’t massively gaping and obvious once your medics have fundamentals down. How did you train this, or did you learn the hard way and have to pass it down to junior medics? 👨🏼‍🏫
