Today we hosted our first Language Exchange and it was truly a success ✨
It was deeply rewarding to share this space with community members who are genuinely interested in learning new languages, connecting with others, and exchanging cultures.

In the social context we are living in today, creating spaces like this, rooted in dialogue, respect, and mutual understanding, coming together like this is a meaningful response to the times we’re living in.

We already can’t wait for next month to continue exchanging language, culture, and stories 💬🌍

Endless thanks to for being our host and for opening their doors and for making space for us to gather and build community together. Thanks to Molly Lovejoy and Maru for facilitating and organizing the event.

The NightWood at is becoming a beautiful tradition for our community.
We were grateful to be invited once again this year, giving many community members the chance to experience this stunning light show.

Cold nights, warmed by human connection.

This year we once again hosted our community holiday photo sessions, creating accessible, beautiful family memories for our community 🤍
Every year feels better than the last.

We welcomed not only dogs, but cats too 🐶🐱
Lots of exploring, curiosity, and sweet moments filled the studio. Some weren’t sure what was going on at first, but that’s where the magic happens.

Thank you to everyone who participated. We had such a great time, and the pets did amazing!

Today we opened Raíces de Cuentos with our partners from Manos Unidas, an exhibition that brings forward the stories of immigrants in our community. There is something truly beautiful about being part of projects that lift our voices in the midst of uncertainty (or whatever storm we may be navigating). And honestly, there is no better moment than now to create spaces where we can express ourselves through art. To raise our voices, share our stories, and break the stereotypes that have followed us for far too long.

Visit us over the next two Saturdays to learn more about these stories and hear directly from community members as they speak about the issues that matter to us.

Estamos profundamente emocionados de anunciar esta colaboración que hace posible que nuestros compañeros de Manos Unidas y tengan su primera exhibición de arte, compartiendo las historias y vivencias de nuestra comunidad inmigrante.

Llegar hasta aquí nos tomó muchos años (por cuestiones de capacidad, tiempo y recursos) pero hoy sentimos un enorme orgullo de poder hacer realidad este espacio, acompañado de conversaciones significativas que abrirán caminos para todos.

También es un honor que esta sea la primera exhibición que inaugura Sanctum Gallery, el nuevo espacio ubicado en 148 North Street, Pittsfield.

Los invitamos con el corazón a acompañarnos en las fechas 6, 14 y 20 de diciembre, celebrar el talento de nuestros compañeros y sumarse a conversaciones que nos importan y nos atraviesan a todos.

Gracias a todos por habernos acompañado el viernes en la presentación de la primera revista en español de el condado, creada para ofrecer noticias en otro idioma la comunidad hispanohablante.

Hace un año celebrábamos el lanzamiento de El Viaje, nuestro podcast dedicado a compartir historias de inmigrantes en español. Hoy, un año después, celebramos un nuevo espacio hecho por y para la comunidad, que busca garantizar el acceso a la información local en otro idioma, el español. Ver a miembros de nuestra comunidad que nos han apoyado el año pasado, apoyarnos en este nuevo camino, nos llena de alegría.

Somos Berkshires también es un lugar para contar historias, alzar voces, expresar opiniones y compartir nuestras perspectivas con el resto de la comunidad.
