Coming up! I’ll be foraging lots of vines and moss to create teardrop shaped bird feeders/ houses with you all. This is a fun activity for late winter, and a wonderful fundraiser that supports mental health here in the Berkshires. 💕

Caregiving doesn’t come with a roadmap — and you don’t have to have all the answers.

Through the NAMI Family Caregiver HelpLine, we offer free, confidential support from trained volunteers who understand caregiving because they’ve lived it.

Whether you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, support is here.
