Thank you so much to everyone who came and participated in our first ever Youth Mental Health Wellness Fair yesterday! We had almost 250 people come through the tent. Special thanks to all of the organizations and volunteers who donated your time and talent to make this event such a success! And a very special thanks to our sponsors, Berkshire Health Systems and Guardian as well as the entire NAMI Berkshire County board!

Save the date: Saturday, July 12 from 9:00-1:00 at the Common on First Street, NAMI Berkshire County will hold our first ever Youth Mental Health Wellness Fair! We have several activities planned including paint your own T-shirt or canvas, paint a flower pot to plant a flower or veggie, yoga, massage therapy, mindfulness rocks, tips for dealing with stress and how to talk about mental health concerns and much more. We will share more details as the date gets closer but it’s sure to be an event you won’t want to miss, all at NO COST!
