Justen has nearly 20 years of experience in personal training, performance coaching, and mobility work.

He is a former gym owner and 2x best-selling author focused on strength, wellness, and mindset.

Justen specializes in functional strength, injury recovery, youth athlete development, and movement optimization and is committed to helping clients not just look better—but live better, with sustainable, real-world strategies. He integrates mindset coaching, movement efficiency, and nutrition for full-spectrum life transformation.

Banana Muffins

3 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
100g sugar-free applesauce

150g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 scoops protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
20 equal or 3/4 cup stevia

Mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients. Blend together and then pour into lightly greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min (depends on oven).
