Cats Exclusively Veterinary Hospital Cats Exclusively Veterinary Hospital is located in Pittsford, NY.We are a Cat Friendly Practice reco The results speak for themselves.

A Better Way
At Cats Exclusively we believe we have found a Better Way to provide lifelong care for our feline patients. Our appointments, scheduled at 30-40 minutes, are twice as long as most area hospitals. We feel that this allows us the time and opportunity to really delve into the individual needs of our feline patients and their owners. We have many more patients living to 17, 18, 19, 20, and beyond than virtually any other hospital we know of. We thank you for choosing us and teaming with us in our unique approach to feline care. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered or upon discharge of the patient from the hospital. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We make every effort to keep the costs down and therefore, we do not permit in-house charging. Extended payment plans can be obtained from Care Credit. (www.carecredit.com)
We are also happy to provide an Wellness Plan for managing costs. We encourage you to discuss fees before services are rendered. We routinely provide a written estimate with major surgeries and hospitalization. We are happy to present you with an estimate for any and all services.

Dear Valued Clients,
After nine wonderful years dedicated to the care of cats and to the relationships I've built with both felines and their humans, I am writing to share that I will be retiring from Cats Exclusively as of September 12, 2025.
This decision was not made lightly. Being a part of your cats lives - from kittenhood to adulthood - has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Each patient brought something special to my days, and caring clients helped make my career deeply
fulfilling.
As I step into retirement, I do so with immense gratitude. Thank you for trusting me with your beloved companions. Your support has meant the world to me. And thank you to Dr. Lann and his staff for providing me with room to grow professionally. It has been a privilege to work here.
Retirement will allow me to catch up on in-home projects, gardening, reading, traveling and motorsports activities. I will also have more time to spend on cat rescue medicine and disaster relief medicine. Since I am now a certified Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula, I hope to assist pet parents with hospice and grieving.

Warmest regards,
Dr. Ragalevsky

The tree has been cleared and the roads are back to normal. Our phones and internet are currently down. We have the phone rerouted but please be patient as we can only take one call at a time with this going on.

There’s currently a tree down on marsh Road you cannot get to us by using the post office way you need to come over the bridge and just explain to the cop who is stopping people that you were going to the vet hospital he will let you through

Hi there! I'm Dr. Morgan Busby, and I'm thrilled to be joining the team at Cats Exclusively! I’m originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I graduated with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in May 2025 (go Pokes!). After graduation, I made the move to New York with my two cats, Toby and Mama, and my ball python, Persephone. When I'm not at the clinic, I love diving into a good book, exploring hiking trails, and starting new sewing projects. My professional interests include behavior, surgery, and clinical pathology.

Happy National Veterinary Receptionist Week!
This week we celebrate the incredible veterinary receptionists who are the first and last points of contact for pet families. Your dedication, compassion, and ability to make every visit smoother is what keeps clients coming back year after year.
Thank you for being such a vital part of the veterinary team!

We wanted to give everyone an update with what is going on with Save this Life Microchips. It seems that the company is no longer active. What this means for our patients is that if they have had microchips implanted by us the information attached to the microchip is no longer accessible by anyone. So what can you do? There are a couple places out there that will allow you to take the microchip number you already have and get it registered for free with them. You can go to BuddyID (coupon code STLREG until the 28th), 24 hour pet watch (make sure you call and ask for the free registration, they will try to upsell you but there is a free option), or www.freepetregistry.com to register your pets. With these registries, if your pet were to get lost and the microchip is scanned, someone will be able to get your contact information and reunite you.

02/08/2025

We have just been made aware that Save This Life microchip company, which we have been using for our patients, has closed and ceased operations. This information came as a surprise to us, and while we are still looking into what that means for our patients, we wanted to pass on what we know currently. We will make further announcements as information is available to us.

There is an outage in our area and we are currently having connectivity issues with our phones and internet. We are told that this problem should be resolved in the next couple of hours.
