For years I have had the honor of taking care of the Family who runs this remarkable organic CSA

Today I finally!!!!!! got to walk the fields and spend time harvesting - from the field!!!! Then we enjoyed a beautiful farm-harvest pot luck 🥗

I am overwhelmed with the fields- and that it is all organic? Mind blowing - and beautiful.

I learned so much(!) and am forever grateful for their generosity ~

I’ve seen fascia so tight people can’t pick up their arm - it’s completely frozen.

Go to someone who has the tools to break these fibers permanently - The Acupuncture Needles-

Stop blaming all of your pain on bones. Your soft tissue is probably involved 99% of the time.

And impingement in soft tissue is as difficult to manage/as painful as an impingement by disc…
