For more than 45 years, Monroe Plan for Medical Care has been providing superior health support services to the Rochester and Finger Lakes regions.

Monroe Plan for Medical Care is a not-for-profit health care services organization that has been meeting the needs of our members in the Greater Buffalo, Rochester, and Finger Lakes Regions for nearly 50 years. Consistent with its mission, Monroe Plan supports low-income individuals, the working poor, and other populations served by government-sponsored programs to improve their health status and that of their families. Monroe Plan for Medical Care serves as the parent company to YourCare Health Plan, a free or low-cost health insurance program, and MP CareSolutions, a comprehensive partner in assisting other health care organizations with eliminating the barriers to providing the best quality care.
