✨When did you last pause and care for your own well-being?

I know it’s been awhile since I have posted here. I have created a new service offering I named Radiance & Reiki. You will find it on my new website. Link in bio or find in the comments.

✨Radiance & Reiki combines a customized 60-minute facial with a 30-minute Reiki session to support both your skin and your nervous system.

Your facial is tailored to your skin’s needs — cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and restorative massage — while Reiki gently supports relaxation, balance, and energetic reset.

This is intentional time to receive care for your skin, your body, and your whole being.

My new mantra for the month of February is create joy……inspire others to create what uplifts them. This is my first junk journal and it’s been long overdue.
I have containers filled to the brim with little bits and pieces of small works of art, mono prints, scrap paper and more that are longing for their own home. To become a part of a bigger whole.
I don’t know exactly what I’m doing, but I do know this makes me feel JOYFUL!!!!! May the ripple of Joy spill out as the world needs this now. 💕

I finished my large painting today. It’s a 20” x 20” painting on gallery wrapped canvas. I haven’t painted anything this big in quite sometime. It felt good. I tried out some different techniques on the painting and that was inspiring.
