Here at Regain Physical Therapy, our fun and energetic team is dedicated to creating and providing a comfortable and caring environment. We treat people with any of the following: Arthritis, balance problems, back/neck pain, neurological disorder, weakness/fatigue, sciatica, shoulder/rotator cuff/bursitis pain, (pre/post) THR/TKR, stroke, TMJ, fibromyalgia, migraines, torticollis, carpal tunnel, and work or auto injury. Its our desire to be a different style of outpatient physical therapy where each and every patient is treated on a one-on-one basis.

Thank you to Orangetheory Fitness Pittsford!
We appreciate the shout-out for our 5:00 AM commitment. We’re proud to say that not one Monday has gone by without Regain representation since April 2023! That’s a true testament to how much we love Orangetheory.
Lately, our team has been doing more than just showing up—they’ve been excelling (with a little help from OT):
• Erin brought home five gold medals at the 2025 U.S. Masters Swimming Spring National Championship in San Antonio.
• Viktoria earned second place at the 2025 New York State Weightlifting Championship in Albany.
• Jordan, Kristen, and Alex ran the Rochester Half Marathon, proving endurance is part of the job.
• Bryn earned a win at TITLE Boxing Club Pittsford and landed a spot on their Wall of Fame.
These incredible therapists don’t just talk about healthy lifestyles—they live them. We couldn’t be prouder of the entire Regain team. Thank you all for being awesome! We are truly blessed to be part of your lives.
