It takes practice—and plenty of self-forgiveness—but choosing to pause creates space for ease, peace, and the chance to respond with intention.

Hello friends, today we have a powerful full moon that is the first of three super moons between now and the end of the year. A gateway is opening up to help us empower ourselves and move forward past old and outdated cycles.

The following ritual is powerful under the light of the full moon, but a few days before or after will still achieve the same results. You can add crystals, candles or sage to make your ritual your own - trust your intuition. And if you wish, call in Archangel Michael, Jesus or any of your Guides to add power to your intention. Simply recite the following and visualize it being done:

“I cut my cords to anything that drains my spirit and return to sender all energy that is not my own.

I cancel all contracts, unwanted obligations and connections from present and past lives that do not serve my highest good.

I call back my energy and personal power and seal my aura with love and gratitude.

And so it is!”
