What is a Personal Care Aide (PCA)?
Personal Care Aides play a vital role in helping residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity each day.

As a PCA, you support residents with everyday activities such as getting dressed, personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and medications. You may help es**rt residents to meals and activities, assist with transfers or walking, take vital signs, and help keep living spaces tidy and comfortable.

But the most important part of the job? The relationships. PCAs spend time with residents, encourage them to stay active and engaged, and are often the friendly face that makes someone’s day brighter.
