Haven’t posted in a hot minute but tonight’s supper was incredibly delicious… I have seen this recipe a lot but never pulled the trigger to make!! Definitely doesn’t disappoint and of course my own tweaks… added bout 1/2 c each of sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese to the mixture while it was cooking and instead of garlic salt I did taco seasoning… was gonna put more cheese on top to bake but completely forgot I was so excited to try them, added guacamole and sour cream after baking!!! Mine don’t look as white and soupy because I used bout 1.5 of hamburger and made the mixture last night so it was cold Lol with the extra mixture I’m gonna do taco salad for supper tomorrow 😅
