In part 2 of our Back Stretches, we will focus on the Mid to Upper Back as oppose to the Lower Back.

I will show you 2 variations of the same stretch and these variations are strictly based on how flexible and strong your mid to upper back is at the moment.

The 1st variation are with your arms further out (at shoulders) and this more is of a beginners level to this stretch.

The 2nd variation is having your hand further back (below your shoulders) making this stretch at a more advanced level.

This stretch is great because it's very convenient for everyone and proves to be great for gaining flexibility in your mid to upper back area!

Doing this for 4 sets at 15-30 seconds will greatly help you 😇👍

2 Essential Lower Back Stretches For Releasing Sharp Pains

We don't truly realize just how connected our back is throughout our entire body u til we start to experience back pain.

In this video, I'll go over a couple stretches that are great for releasing tension, tightness, or sharp/shocking pains you feel in your lower back.

These stretches will allow your back to become more mobile than before and relieve those sharp pains you may feel when moving to quickly or awkwardly in your everyday activities.

3 STRETCHES THAT WILL KEEP YOUR SHOULDERS IN SHAPE!

Part 2 of our stretching series will consist of how to keep your shoulders feeling flexible and pain-free! 😁

Having flexible/healthy shoulders is a big part of having good posture. When someone's shoulders become very tight and uncomfortable, the shoulder will "round over" causing you to have a curved posture.

2 main reasons for having your shoulders round over is:

1. Working with a laptop/tablet all day and looking at a downward angle.
2. Lifting weights actively. This tends to make your shoulders want to force itself to lean over (as seen in the video) causing you to feel discomfort in the shoulders which leads up towards your neck.

3 Neck Stretches That You Can Do While Sitting Down

Hi, I'm Dr. Chun and in this video, I will show you 3 different variations of neck stretches you can do at any time! These stretches are going to help you with:

- loosening the tightness in your neck
- loosening uptightness in your neck le when turning left or right
- most importantly, it's going to strengthen your neck

Do each of these stretches for 3 sets, 10 seconds on each side!
