In part 2 of our Back Stretches, we will focus on the Mid to Upper Back as oppose to the Lower Back.
I will show you 2 variations of the same stretch and these variations are strictly based on how flexible and strong your mid to upper back is at the moment.
The 1st variation are with your arms further out (at shoulders) and this more is of a beginners level to this stretch.
The 2nd variation is having your hand further back (below your shoulders) making this stretch at a more advanced level.
This stretch is great because it's very convenient for everyone and proves to be great for gaining flexibility in your mid to upper back area!
Doing this for 4 sets at 15-30 seconds will greatly help you 😇👍
