After receiving a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, or dermaplane you need to avoid direct sun for at least 7 days. If you need to be out, you should be wearing a mineral physical SPF of at least 30 and reapplying every two hours. As well as wearing a hat and seeking shade as much as possible.
