This space has been holding so many growing mamas this year, and it feels like time.

While most of our classes can be adapted as you move through pregnancy, a dedicated, soft prenatal offering has been a long time coming.

To love & be loved. To remember, to deeply know—we are LOVE. One of the many gifts of this path. It reminds us to just do it. To go for it, whatever it is. To begin again as often as we need to.

So grateful for all the light workers who help us remember, who hold space for others by first holding space for themselves.
We are all in this thing called life together.

For April 1st we considered canceling all classes and replacing them with interpretive dance + screaming into the void.
