HYPNOTHERAPY?
A lot of people think that hypnosis is what they see on stage and that there's no way they would ever do that, or could it ever help them create what they truly want in their lives.
Actually, we all move in and out of the hypnotic state several times a day, especially when we're falling asleep and when we're waking up and then the other times when we feel daydreamy or are resting or relaxed.
The hypnotic experience is a relaxed state of focused attention, similar to daydreaming. In this state, your mind is more open to positive suggestions that can help you make desired changes and overcome challenges like:
