Peaches, plums, melons, basil, and more colors have been popping up on my plate lately.

I recently tried meal replacement powder and it was TASTY. I was excited to have a filling and simple ingredients list powder. It mixed well with the oikos for even more protein in my day. I used this combo after a long trail run to help my muscles recover 💪🏼 . Will use again!

I love this idea😍

Sub in a tub!! I love a subway salad and it’s always my go-to for “healthy” fast food when out. But the reality is, the dressings and cheese can make them a not so great option and they are also expensive. Of course that’s fine once in a while, but I have been making my own as part of my meal prep and these two are my favourite.

A base of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, peppers, homemade pickled red onions, corn, olives, pickles and chillies.
Then I do one with air fryer breaded chicken and another with a tuna Greek yogurt mix. I then make my own healthy chipotle southwest sauce by mixing chipotle paste in to Greek yogurt.

I’m blessed to have 15 patients on the books this week. My son is entering a research study at Stanford this week so we will make a very quick trip there and back this week, and then have our final weekend off and only camping trip this year this weekend…

These preps took me about 10 minutes and I will rely on them for getting in colors & fiber all week.

My glorious garden of rainbow & delight~

This was 5 years ago.
The garden still grows.
I still plant.
But it’s up against weeds and overgrowth and less time and being low priority.
🌈
It’s a measure of change. How time is spent.
We shift with the seasons and it’s challenging when it doesn’t look lined up, clean, in a row, messy!

Hopefully in each season, we don’t have to “look” too hard to see the beauty.

2. Meet your goal. At the end of the challenge, send me your totals if you’ve met your goal.
3. I draw from the pot of folks who have met their goals on 7/27 and you could win the cash pot! In the past, the amount varies between $100-400 depending on how many people enter in the challenge.
