At The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center, we’re proud to be a place where learning meets purpose. Today, we had the privilege of hosting a group of aspiring nurses from UNITEK as they completed their clinical rounds under the leadership of instructor Anthony Escue.

Experiences like these are where future healthcare professionals grow their skills, build confidence, and develop the compassion that defines exceptional care.

And making the day even more special—Anthony’s beautiful golden lab, Hugh, his service dog, joined the rounds, bringing comfort, connection, and plenty of smiles to our residents and team. 🐾
