We are a non-profit organization with client advocates trained to review your concerns, process your situation, and answer any questions you may have. As a California State licensed medical clinic we offer pregnancy tests, limited OB diagnostic ultrasound performed by licensed personnel, and many other resources and services. Our goal is to offer support so you can make an informed choice when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. We provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. We are a CA State licensed medical clinic located in Placerville, CA. Our mission is to offer abortion alternatives to women in our community and give them tangible support throughout their pregnancy and birth. We are 100% donor funded, and couldn’t do any of this without their support!! They are the glue that hold this ministry together.
