As the temperatures climb, so does the risk of heat stroke—a serious, life-threatening emergency that can strike anyone, especially children, athletes, and the elderly.

Just wrapped up an amazing CPR class with a fantastic group of new and upcoming teachers in El Dorado County! 🏫🙌

This group of 10 came ready to learn—and we had a blast while doing it! Lots of laughs, hands-on practice, and important life-saving skills covered, including CPR, AED use, and how to respond to anaphylactic shock, opioid overdoses, and other emergency situations.

It's always inspiring to see future educators so engaged and ready to make a difference—not just in the classroom, but in life! 🌟
