Don’t worry — there are plenty of ways to scale and modify. Come out, move with purpose, and honor our heroes.

🦃 Friendsgiving — November 22nd, 3–5PM (rain or shine)!

If it rains, we’ll host at the gym. Bring your favorite dish and let’s celebrate our amazing community together.

💪 Ariana’s Update 💖

“So as of today, I'm doing good. I'm going in for my regular infusions every 21 days. My last CT scan looked good. I will have another one next month. I pretty much just have to keep doing what I'm doing. Unfortunately, I'm not cancer free because of it being Stage 4. I will live with this for the rest of my life. I have hopes for remission someday. But I got this! I'm not going anywhere. I will continue to keep my body strong and keep fighting 😁”

Mondays & Wednesdays at 1030AM are your opportunity to work on the supporting aspects of your resistance training! Our Metcons bring the intensity but they work best when balanced out with “good housekeeping”. Conditioning Crew is one of our tools to help you prepare and plan or fill in some holes. A comprehensive fitness plan is what separates longevity and progress from injuries and plateaus!

Fun little "GUYS vs GIRLS" game after the workout. 🏋🏼‍♀️💪Eho can fit the most people on a box??🫣
It ended in a tie with both teams able to fit 5 people on top of the small box, folks had to get creative.💡
No one got hurt, everyone had fun, everyone laughed...that's a WIN in our book!! 🙌💯

🏃‍♀️ NEW Conditioning Class – Mon & Wed @ 10:30AM. Build endurance, flexibility & strength with a lower-intensity, bodyweight focus.

🤸‍♂️ NEW Gymnastics Class – Mondays @ 6:30PM.
Learn and refine technical CrossFit movements.

🏋️ Barbell Club – Wednesdays @ 6:30PM
Dial in your Olympic lifting technique.

💪 Open Gym – Mon & Wed @ 6:30PM
Train independently if you can’t make metcons.

🎉 Community Saturdays – FREE & open to everyone!
