1. Heal with Fats

SPIKE PROTEIN DAMAGE PROTOCOL.
There is a growing belief among holistic practitioners, naturopaths, and many scientists that vaccinated individuals (especially those who took multiple doses) may now be experiencing higher rates of sudden illness, clotting, heart events, and cancers.

First, just to clarify: the Johnson & Johnson vaccine wasn’t an mRNA vaccine—it used a viral vector (based on an adenovirus), which is a different technology than Pfizer or Moderna. However, like mRNA shots, it still instructed your body to make the spike protein, which then lingers and potentially causes problems.

Here is what I as a holistic practitioner, recommend to help the body detox out the spike protein and to repair the damage it has, and is, likely causing:
This is a 3-step protocol.

1. To break down and clear the spike protein certain enzymes are believed to help dismantle the spike protein and remove it:
• Nattokinase – helps dissolve spike protein and break down abnormal blood clots.
• Lumbrokinase – similar to nattokinase, supports circulation and clot breakdown.
• Bromelain – an enzyme from pineapple that reduces inflammation and breaks down spike proteins.
• Quercetin – Blocks the spike protein from binding to your cells. It an also a natural antihistamine.
• Zinc – works with quercetin to support the immune system.
• Curcumin (from turmeric) – helps block harmful pathways activated by spike protein and soothes inflammation.

Since 2021 there’s been a notable rise in sudden cardiac events, strokes, and aggressive cancers, especially among younger people, athletes, and those under 50, including infants and children. Holistic observers and data analysts since then argue this trend coincides directly with the boosters and new vaccine rollouts. Unfortunately CDC has recently updated the 72-shot schedule to adding in 3 doses of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. This is uncalled for. It spells catastrophe for the child—for future generations 😞

The spike protein—especially synthetic spike (which is the genetic instructions of mRNA or DNA from the shot that tells your own cells to make a ‘modified’ version of the spike protein) is viewed by many as the common denominator in the recent progression of decline in health.

Blocking spike protein production and clearing what’s there is in the body now is KEY. This is where the enzymes come in. Once spike protein is broken down, your body still needs to clean up the mess—inflammation, oxidative stress, and damaged mitochondria.
