Electrolyte imbalance worsens joint pain sensitivity, causes muscle stiffness, memory impairments, insomnia, and raises blood pressure - just to name a few.

I've been tooting my horn about electrolyte powder for years because it is SO VERY IMPORTANT for every person. Every age. Every day.

Here’s how a potassium & magnesium deficiency works in terms of how you feel it in your body:
1. Sodium (Na⁺) – this is the main driver of nerve signals. Low sodium makes nerves fire abnormally, which can feel like tingling, muscle twitching, or even “electric” numb pain. It makes muscles feel heavy and stiff, and amplify discomfort from minor injuries.

2. Potassium (K⁺) – this balances sodium in the nerve and muscle cells to reduce high blood pressure. Low potassium causes cramps, muscle stiffness, and hypertension. Studies share that a carnivore diet can absolutely reverse autoimmune symptoms in most people, but in Crohn’s it can stall healing if their minerals, bile acids, or mitochondrial nutrients aren’t replenished. Dementia-Prevention and Early Cognitive Protection Plan to halt cognitive decline. (See budget protocol in comments)

Cognitive decline doesn’t start with memory loss. It begins years earlier with cellular energy failure, chronic inflammation, and breakdown of synaptic connections. From chronic toxin exposure and genetic predisposition. This is a prevention protocol to protect the brain before symptoms appear.

This is a plan to use for prevention, to halt the onset and progression of dementia. Nay have coffee, green tea, filtered water but filter all bottled water in plastic (due to microplastics) and drink as much lots of organic green tea – it is high in EGCG, cefy effective cancer-fighter.
—Take Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) – 2 scoops in tea or coffee or water now at wake-up to bind tocind from nighttime fasting.

12:00 Brunch

—Liposomal Melatonin 120mg = 2 of the 60 mg gel caps, before bed.
High-dose melatonin is neuroprotective, anti-cancer, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and supports mitochondrial function. Critical for gliomas and brain cancers.

Optional:
• CBD Isolate drops 500 mg– look for Sage Elixir brand 500mg
(anti-cancer, pain control, anti-inflammatory). Since dispensaries use pesticides, buy it organic, online.

Ketogenic/Carnivore Diet (KETOVORE) + Intermittent Fasting: The body only heals during fasting. Healing is delayed during digestion as body is distracted. Eat to live, not live to eat.

Fasting liquids: filtered tap and filtered bottled water (8 glasses a day), 5-6 cups organic green tea, or coffee.
-No foods, sodas or juices, or protein shakes of meal replacement drinks ever.

Fast 18 straight hours from 7pm-12pm only the allowed fluids.
Timing matters: Takes meds exactly at the time directed.

No sugars: tumors feed on glucose and live in pods of parasites hidden in your tissue lining blood vessels and organs. Cutting juice, fruit and grain sugar carbs (pasta, rice, bread) starves the tumor cells of fuel and protects healthy mitochondria.

Stick to grass fed meat & organic veggies. Get the best shopping deals at Grocery Outlet. Only buy wild caught Pacific fish, nothing from the Atlantic due to Fukushima nuclear radiation still leaking into ocean 15 years later. • What to Eat:
• Grass-fed beef, grass fed or organic meats, pasture-raised eggs, sardines, liver, wild salmon, organic or grass fed butter, and lots of healthy fats as olive oil, avocafo oil, bone broth, abd organic unsweetened yogurt.

• Optional: small amount of steamed broccoli, cauliflower, or greens (no starches) with organic olive oil and vinegars as dressing.

• Avoid: carbohydrates: no Sugar/agave/honey/sweet n low, or truvia. No bread, pasta, rice, fruit, juice, seed oils, grains, beans, or restaurant food due to the seed oils (canola, soy, corn, vegetable etc) that caused the cancer through oxidation. Will cause kidney failure. Throw away all seed oils and only buy organic 100% avocado oil (Chosen) or extra virgin olive oils.

Fasting (7 PM – 12 PM):
• Filter all water bottles in plastic and all tap water for coffee

Eating Window (12 PM – 5 PM):
• 3 pasture-raised eggs cooked in grass-fed butter, may have 1 slice Ezekiel bread (sprouted & flourless)
• orhanic or grass fed ground beef or chicken thighs, wild caught only fish
• Use the crock pot everyday if possible - put a slab of meat in it (no water or broth) on high at 9am and eat it at 11-12 noon, can add organic Bone broth, vegetables (no potatoes carb due to starch) at 10-11am.
• Wild Salmon, mackerel, sardines + olive oil drizzle or grass fed meat
• Small servings of cooked greens or broccoli or cauliflower, green beans, no peas. Look up low carb veggies
*No salad dressings, only olive or avocado oil, and vinegar

Important tips:
⁃ EMF 5G affects brain cancer growth so TURN OFF the router every night.

⁃ Gum disease bacteria feeds cancer. Get dental work done asap.
