This evening is designed for men who are ready to slow down, drop the mask, and remember what actually matters. Whether you are wanting to reconnect with yourself, build real relationships with other men, return to a more natural rhythm, or refocus on your physical and emotional health, you’ll find something here.

Through guided conversation, heat, and cold, you’ll be invited into a space where you can be honest, challenged, and supported. The Hot Seat is open to all men, regardless of age or experience with men’s groups; just bring a willingness to show up and participate.
