What to Expect:

You’ll lie comfortably on the floor, supported with cushions and blankets, while Kelly guides you through a series of relaxation techniques. The goal is to reach a state of conscious relaxation, where the body and mind release tension and stress.
Crystal Singing Bowl, Sound Bath: These are often used as sound healing instruments. The soothing vibrations and tones of the bowls can enhance the relaxation experience, allowing you to feel more grounded, calm, and balanced. The resonating frequencies promote healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Guided Relaxation: Kelly will guide you through a relaxation process, helping you connect deeply with your body, let go of tension, and enter a meditative state.
