Step into an extended Advanced Holotropic Breathwork Workshop, a deeper, longer journey designed for experienced breathers ready to move beyond the surface and into expanded states of consciousness. Slow down, soften, and reconnect with the natural flow of your energy.
Join us for a monthly guided Qigong practice, a gentle yet powerful movement meditation that blends breath, posture, and awareness to support balance in body, mind, and spirit.
What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that translates to “cultivating life energy.” Through slow, intentional movements, mindful breathing, and focused attention, Qigong helps to circulate and harmonize the body’s vital energy—often referred to as “qi.” The practice is both meditative and physical, supporting overall well-being while inviting a deeper connection to yourself.
Whether you’re completely new or have an established practice, you are welcome here. Each session is guided with care, offering accessible movements and a supportive space to explore at your own pace.

We’re beyond excited to welcome a very special guest teacher to our studio this weekend!
This Sunday, Feb 15th we’re hosting a Partner Yin Yoga with Thai Massage Workshop — a beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect, and experience the healing power of supported yin and assisted touch. 12:30-3:00pm $129 per pair/couple

In addition, he’ll be offering a 75-minute Yin Yoga class for our community this Monday, Feb 16th 10:30am— a deeply nourishing practice guided by his incredible knowledge and experience. His understanding of yin, anatomy, and subtle body work makes his teaching both accessible and transformative.

Rooted Renewal: A Yin Yoga and Sound Healing Experience

Join us for a soul-nourishing Friday evening at Main St. Yoga cultivated to support rest and renewal for grounding into intention for the new year.
This offering will be a nourishing, supportive, and stabilizing Yin Yoga sound journey for centering, discipline, and inner strength. Blending slow Yin Yoga shapes with grounding breath, reflective intention, and soothing sound immersion, this experience is designed to prepare students to live rooted in alignment as they move through the year.

EXPERIENCE
In this workshop, we will guide you through a steady, earthy, and introspective Yin Yoga practice designed to stimulate the Kidneys, Urinary Bladder, Stomach, and Spleen channels. These meridian pairs allow us to reduce our worry while increasing our contentment and to release fear as we return to our wisdom. The Yin Yoga postures held for extended periods and paired with vibrational support amplifies the grounded energy needed to sustain living in alignment. The therapeutic sounds of the many instruments Melissa plays will resonate deeply within, providing a space for rest, reset, and promoting an overall sense of balance and alignment.

After the practice, we’ll enjoy homemade treats and conversation. This is a time to relax, refuel, and connect with the wonderful community of like-minded individuals who share the journey of self-remembrance and growth. Participants are encouraged to bring eye-masks, fuzzy socks, and any other items to make their experience more cozy.
