New to this style Breathwork, it’s ok, all are welcomed as Stephanie guides you gently through this transformational journey.

Each participant’s journey is uniquely their own. Some people will enter deep states of peace and relaxation, others achieve expanded awareness, yet still, some will experience intense emotional waves. Each session can also create a different outcome, which is why breathwork is considered a tool to use regularly. One that aids in self-discovery and healing, allowing participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Join us for a monthly guided Qigong practice, a gentle yet powerful movement meditation that blends breath, posture, and awareness to support balance in body, mind, and spirit.
What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that translates to “cultivating life energy.” Through slow, intentional movements, mindful breathing, and focused attention, Qigong helps to circulate and harmonize the body’s vital energy—often referred to as “qi.” The practice is both meditative and physical, supporting overall well-being while inviting a deeper connection to yourself.
Whether you’re completely new or have an established practice, you are welcome here. Each session is guided with care, offering accessible movements and a supportive space to explore at your own pace.
