Step into a practice that meets your body where it is. This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to move with more clarity, strength, and confidence in their yoga practice. Together, we’ll explore how alignment is personal—there’s no one-size-fits-all. Each pose will be adapted to your unique structure, helping you build strength, ease, and presence on the mat.
Through guided exploration, gentle hands-on refinements, and simple alignment principles, you’ll learn to shift from performing poses to embodying them, discovering variations and strategies that support your individual body. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session provides tools to refine your alignment in ways that feel accessible, safe, and empowering.
