Red Light.

Long story short, YES! Love it. It’s great for a lot of different pain points, but I’ve especially noticed benefits when used to reduce arthritic pain!

Along with being super helpful, red light devices can be fairly inexpensive. Retailers like Amazon and Walgreens have some pretty decent options.
