Yoga looked a little different today. 😍 All part of a weekend workshop with very supportive hosts, lovely participants and handmade jewelry with .kauss Rounding it all out tomorrow with a special sunrise meditation and pranayama practice.

It’s impossible to put into words the grandeur of this planet. Everything in Iceland is transformative. This past nine days I’ve been able to lead a special group of women into discovery, disconnection, and discomfort and it’s been magical. You can follow along with a bunch of goofy reels to catch a glimpse but really, truly, you should let me take you here. ❤️
