All month long join us for all-levels hatha vinyasa style yoga. Bring a pal, dress in layers, drop in or pay in advance for the whole month. This is nothing-fancy yoga, true to the basics with attention to our wintertime bodies. Modifications can be made for all types of aches and conditions. Make a plan to join us! Message me with any questions or just to let me know that you’ll be there. ❤️

This is a seriously low-key weekend.
We will do some very good yoga.
We will sit at crowded tables and linger over mealtime with great food and conversation.
We will stay in beautiful rooms, surrounded by art and plants and inspiring design.
