Its been doom and gloom outside for several days, and I feel that is when it is hardest to get a workout it.

Today I pulled myself out of bed and convinced myself that a workout is needed.

Loud music and getting my heart rate up has given me the happy feelings and energy needed for today. πŸ’œ

I know it is hard, but the rewards after are worth it.

After my coffee or tea in the morning I will do these 6 things everyday to get my blood pumping.

Its sets a productive feeling to the rest of my day. Every few days I will change up the exercises.
