Hey everyone, I’ve been a little quiet here, and I wanted to share what’s been going on.

We’ve been dealing with mold in the basement, which led to a long process of purging, remediation, and waterproofing. While it’s been tough on our mental/physical health and our pocketbooks, I’ve actually appreciated the opportunity to purge and clear out so much stuff—it felt good to simplify.

I’m also really grateful to have had freezer packs of elderberry syrup on hand for anyone who needed it while I wasn’t able to prepare fresh batches. Your support means the world! 💕

My syrup is a concentrated blend of organic elderberries seasoned with organic cinnamon, organic cloves, and fresh ginger. It's cooled and then sweetened with organic raw honey for maximum immunity boosting! Elderberries are a low-calorie food packed with vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, dietary fiber, potassium, iron, and antioxidants.

Glass bottle will keep in the fridge for up to 2 months after package dates! BPA-free freezer safe bags hold in their freezer up to 6 months post package date - just freeze and use straight from the bag or put in a new container.

Recommended dosage is 1 TBL per day for adults and 1 tsp per day for children for general immunity. You can take it up to 4x a day if you're feeling sick.

$20 Newcomer available for pickup! BPA freezer safe bags allows us to keep elderberry syrup on hand all season long! Good for 6+ months in the freezer-thaw in the fridge and is ready to use straight out of the bag. This honestly might be my favorite container of all to pour out of 😍.

I’ve started up making elderberry syrup again!

My syrup is a concentrated blend of organic elderberries seasoned with organic cinnamon, organic cloves, and fresh ginger.
