Lottie is an absolute "hoot" and a bright light in our memory care community. Whether she’s sharing a witty remark, a piece of wisdom, or a smile that lights up the hallway, she reminds us every day why we do what we do.

Celebrating our amazing team with a little spice! 🌮✨
Our staff at Plainfield Health Care Center had a blast at our recent Taco Tuesday! There’s nothing like a DIY taco bar to bring everyone together for some well-deserved food, fun, and laughter.
From the extra guac to the great conversations, it was the perfect way to refuel and recharge. We love our hardworking team and any excuse to celebrate them!
