Hi, I am Dr. Mick Carroll. I have been practicing 26 + 2 hot yoga, (also known as Bikram), for 15 years. It has become such a part of my life, that at age 60, I am in the process of completing my hot yoga teacher training certification.

When the pandemic hit, and closed hot yoga studios, I tried hot yoga in my home, probably like many of you, but it was next to impossible to duplicate the heat and humidity of my local yoga studio.

This is what lead me on my mission to create a home hot yoga studio that provided the same heat and humidity of the studio, in an easy to use, affordable, and portable fashion!
