Over the past several months, I’ve had a number of clients reach out saying they felt their tox results didn’t last as expected or they didn’t notice much improvement. As the owner, I take that feedback seriously. While balancing school, the business, weight loss services, marketing, and daily operations, I trusted that the aesthetics side was being handled appropriately, and I know now I needed to be more hands-on.

Moving forward, I’m personally becoming more involved again, injecting and focusing heavily on consistency, education, results, and client experience.

To thank clients for their honesty and support while we rebuild trust and standards, I’m extending tox pricing to $8/unit for clients willing to provide feedback and allow us to reassess their treatment goals and outcomes.

Hello! Just wanted to let clients know that communication with me may be delayed over the next couple months as I complete my final clinical and capstone for my PMHNP degree.

This does not affect the business or services offered at Ophina Aesthetics. Please allow 24-48 hours for responses during this time.

Brandy, RN will continue seeing clients and offering aesthetic services during this time, with expanded availability for appointments.

Once I graduate at the end of June, I will also be expanding my availability, communication hours, and scheduling to better serve clients.
