Our rehabilitation, nursing, and memory care residents enjoy comprehensive amenities, thoughtful services, and care programs customized to meet their unique needs and rise to each of their challenges.

In addition to specializing in skilled rehabilitation and nursing care, Plainfield Health Care Center has developed a highly-regarded reputation for our psychiatric services for geriatric patients. Relying on an advanced understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss, our board-certified therapists are far ahead of the curve. They utilize some of the most innovative strategies to improve recollection and maintain cognitive health; but they are also experienced in treating Pseudo bulbar Affect, psychotic disorders, major depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive tendencies and behaviors, vascular dementia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and numerous other psychiatric conditions.
