Currently offering in person and telehealth appointments! I utilize solution-focused techniques to build hope and create change. I also work from a systemic approach - to improve your relationships. I have been trained as a Christian counselor and can include those services upon request. However, I also respect those who do not desire to include a spiritual aspect. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am qualified to work with couples, families, and individuals. I serve the westside and greater Indianapolis area, including: Avon, Brownsburg, Camby, Greenwood, Mooresville, Plainfield, Speedway, & Zionsville. To help make counseling more affordable I accept many insurance plans and can bill insurance on your behalf. I also accept a variety of payment types, including credit cards via Square. My areas of emphasis include martial issues, parenting techniques, healthy emotions and boundaries. I also have extensive experience working with self esteem and self worth foundations. Marital issues frequently include poor communication, conflict resolution skills, poor boundaries, financial concerns, distance and lack of connection.
