Happy Sunday! Wanted to share one of my personal success stories with you! I am all about self care and believe me I understand how hard it is. I am not perfect. I'm always looking for ways to improve, especially sleep and digestion. I started a few new supplements which have helped me considerably. My evening ritual always included magnesium but I've added 2 new ones at dinnertime. Calm and sodium butyrate by Body bio. I've never slept better. I sleep 7-8 hours straight without waking without having to get up to p*e. Thats a big change from the sleep a couple hours and waking up 2-3 times to have to p*e.
Its also helped me with my digestion and that uncomfortable feeling after dinner in my gut.
A good night sleep is so so important to help you be able to dump toxins and regenerate cells!
