We not only focus on fitness in our members, but also nutrition, conditioning, and overall health in your mind and body. We provide many class times, one on one personal training, foundation classes, group classes, Teens classes, Sports Team training, Adaptive athletes and much more! Class times are as follows:

M-F: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 12:00pm,--- 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7:00pm

Saturday: 9am (Team workout)

Sunday: Open Gym 9-10am

September Member Spotlight: Dylan!

Dylan may be one of our newer members at CFP, but he’s already made a huge impact on our community.

He’s jumped right in—showing up consistently to Burn, Strength, and CrossFit classes, and even throwing himself into our Summer Smash competition not long after joining.

Dylan’s work ethic, positive attitude, and coachability make him a joy to have in class. He’s the kind of athlete who makes those around him better just by showing up and giving his all.

So why do you expect your body to?

Recovery is part of the plan.

Rest days, quality sleep, water intake, and nutrition are ways you stay in the game long- term.

But here’s the flip side...
