We provide many class times, one on one personal training, foundation classes, group classes, Teens classes, Sports Team training, Adaptive athletes and much more! Class times are as follows:

1 in 2 women over 50 will break a bone because of osteoporosis.

Derrick has been putting in WORK.

A regular in our strength class, you’ll usually find him training right alongside his sister, Aujani—but make no mistake, he’s carving his own path. He shows up, puts his head down, and consistently pushes himself to get stronger every single week.

What really sets Derrick apart is his grit. After being sidelined during recovery from surgery, he didn’t ease his way back in—he came back ready. The second he got the green light, he was right back under the bar, building again.

No excuses. Just effort, consistency, and a mindset that keeps leveling up.

Big shoutout to John on 10 years at CFP 👏

A permanent fixture in our morning classes, and honestly… we’re not sure how mornings would run without him. From giving the coaches a hard time (in the best way) to bringing laughs every single day, he’s a huge part of what makes this place what it is.
