We not only focus on fitness in our members, but also nutrition, conditioning, and overall health in your mind and body. We provide many class times, one on one personal training, foundation classes, group classes, Teens classes, Sports Team training, Adaptive athletes and much more! Class times are as follows:

M-F: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 12:00pm,--- 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7:00pm

Saturday: 9am (Team workout)

Sunday: Open Gym 9-10am

šŸŽ‰ Three Years Strong — Pam & Ashley šŸŽ‰

Today we’re celebrating three years of Pam and Ashley showing up side by side at CrossFit Plainfield. This mother–daughter duo is a perfect example of what commitment and consistency really look like. For three years, they’ve trained together, pushed through tough days together, and held each other accountable—no excuses, just effort.

They don’t just work out together either—they’ve even been known to compete together at our Jack Frost competition, proving that their teamwork and trust go far beyond daily classes. Watching them support one another on and off the competition floor is truly inspiring.

We’re so grateful to have them as part of our CFP community and can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings. Here’s to strong bodies, strong bonds, and many more years of training together šŸ’ŖšŸ’™

Congratulations to this guy right here for winning the nutrition challenge! He lost a total of 18lbs over the four weeks and accumulated the most points out of everyone. He was the definition of consistency with his meal prepping, working out, and drinking his water. Amazing job Steve!

Huge congratulations to Coach Ethan on graduating from NIU this past weekend! šŸŽ“

We couldn’t be more proud of him and what’s ahead. He’s going to be an incredible physical education teacher, and the kids he works with are lucky—his passion, energy, and ability to connect with people will make a real impact. They’re going to learn so much from him, both in and out of the gym.

Some gyms have red flags…
But at CrossFit Plainfield? We’ve got green ones everywhere.

Like:
šŸ’š People who show up early enough to actually warm up (we see you, overachievers).
šŸ’š The member who starts cheering for the class before the clock even starts.
šŸ’š That magical moment when everyone collectively agrees the workout didn’t look that bad on paper.
šŸ’š And our personal favorite… the CFP guys who are absolutely not afraid to twin—if it means checking off a bingo square. Matching tees, matching shorts, sometimes even matching energy. Green flag behavior at its finest. šŸ˜‚
