We are beyond grateful for this generous grant! The Hendricks County Community Foundation’s grant is to be utilized to support first responders within Hendricks County.

Tomorrow, Saturday 08/09, we are excited to host touch-a-truck at 2pm! This is fun for all ages, come see the inside of police cars, ambulances, fire engines and more!

We will also be welcoming Indy Annies and JAMBOX to the stage from 5pm until 9pm!

This video is 5 minutes and 38 seconds long. This is 1/90th of the call.

Every day first responders mark on duty and they never know what will happen. Will they get shot? Will they get burned to death? Will they be assaulted? Will they hear someone take their last breath? Or will they find a dead child decomposing inside of a suit case like these officers?

Every day, first responders set out to help others, through either bringing closure to a chapter of crime or trying to bring life back to someone who has expired.

In this very short video, you see officers who work in a very active and dangerous city showing pure human emotion. Why? Because every first responder is human.

Every person in this video will forever live with this call, but it doesnt stop here. These officers will have to be deposed by defense attorneys, scrutinized to ensure they did everything 'by the book' and then continue on to answer the same questions, see the photos, watch the videos and look this lady in her eyes in court.

Every day someone punches the clock to sit down at their desk to work, there's men and women who are seeing something unspeakable and horrid in uncontrolled settings.

First responders weren't born to be first responders, they were put through obstacles and put into situations that made them the one for the calling.

For every first responder out there, we see you, we support you, we recognize you. We are you.
