Some mornings you wake up already tired not from sleep, but from remembering.
Grief doesn’t ask how strong you are. It simply arrives and rearranges everything.
There are moments when you don’t feel sad at all, just strangely empty.
Other times, a song, a scent, or a passing memory pulls the floor out from under you.
What people rarely talk about is the quiet side of grief
the way it steals your focus, your appetite, your sense of time.
The way you can miss someone even while standing in a room full of people.
Healing is not a straight line.
It bends, pauses, retreats, and begins again.
Some days progress is not moving forward it’s choosing not to disappear.
If today feels heavy, let it be heavy.
You are not broken for carrying love that had nowhere else to go.
