May was full of fun and exciting activities, but our Nascar Race has to have been our biggest hit. Our residents worked 3 weeks on their wooden cars, we had 11 cars entered into our race and in the end we had Mona at 3rd place, Peggy in 2nd place and our grand winner of the day was Lila in 1st place. Our residents took great pride in their hard work and definitely let their creativity flow while designing them! We also celebrated these winners with our annual pizza party tailgate, which our residents look forward to all year! Until next race yall!

Help Us Celebrate Bailey – Our May Employee of the Month!

Bailey may be one of the newer faces on our team, but she’s made one huge splash! With a smile that lights up the whole unit and a heart made for caregiving, Bailey has quickly become a favorite among residents and staff alike. She’s the kind of CNA who seems like she was born for this work—she picked up the job like a pro and brings comfort, joy, and laughter every time she clocks in.

Bailey grew up in Mississippi before making her way to Montana 11 years ago—and we are beyond lucky that she did. When she’s not making magic happen at work, she’s out soaking up the sunshine with her husband and kids, swimming, four-wheeling, or enjoying a good movie date night. And just when you think she couldn’t get any cooler—she’s also a realtor and she can out-sing just about anyone when Patsy Cline is playing.

Bailey, thank you for being the bright, kind, and incredible human that you are. We’re so lucky to have you on our team!

Please join us in celebrating Marichu, our employee of the month, for April. As a CNA, Marichu brings her giant heart to work every single day, touching the lives of both residents and staff alike. Her positivity, willingness to help, and genuine care for others make her stand out. Marichu never complains and always goes the extra mile. She finds joy in the little things, which is a quality that truly in bodies the spirit of exceptional care giving. Originally from the philippines, Marichu still holds her family close in her heart though they are far away and cherishes her roots. When she is not brightening lives at work, she is tending to her gorgeous gardens and beautifully kept yard. Her green thumb is just one more thing that makes her stick out against the rest. It is easy to see why she is so loved and appreciated here in the long-term care. Her kindness, generosity, and dedication continue to make a lasting impact. Congratulations on a job well done. This month, we are excited to celebrate Jeremy as our employee of the month here at Clark Fork Valley long-term Care, though he is one of our new or team members, Jeremy has quickly won the hearts of our residents. With his caring nature and exceptional work ethic, he is a CNA who consistently goes above and beyond, always maintaining a positive attitude and providing calm, compassionate care during even the most challenging situations. Staff members often describe him as one of the kindest and most caring individuals they have had the opportunity to work with. And it's clear that Jeremy's presence is a true blessing to our community. Jeremy's dedication to our residents extend far beyond the rule of his caregiving. He is passionate about advocating for the needs of our residents and takes pride in being a steady, reassuring presence in their life. Outside of work.Jeremy is a proud husband and father with his family being the center of his world.He also has a talent for culinary arts and is a skilled chef.Jeremy's commitment to our residents, combined with his positive attitude and skills make him a true asset to our team.We are incredibly grateful to have him here with us at the long term care

Dear Residents and Families,

It is with mixed emotions that I share that I will be stepping away from my role as LTC Manager to return to the nursing floor.

Serving as your Manager has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the trust and support you’ve given me. While I will miss overseeing operations, I look forward to continuing to care for you all directly as a Nurse. My commitment to providing the highest quality care remains unwavering. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I look forward to serving you in this new capacity.
