Time really flies when you’re having fun!!
August 1st marks our 1 year work anniversary at Contemporary Women’s Health of Northeast PA! Lots has happened this year indeed! Starting off with 2 staff members increasing to 4 and 2 providers with a 3rd on the way soon!! We continue to be blessed with so much love and support from our NEPA community and from our lovely patients trusting us with their care every day. A special thank you to our wonderful staff members: Jess, Mandy, Marie & Mushka for the outstanding work they do to help us run a smooth operation.

With us since day 1 as the primary point of contact to our patients; Thank you for doing what you do so well; whether from simple scheduling and appointment booking all the way to being a therapeutic listener to the many stories patients tell you over the phone; the happy, touching and sad ones! We at CWHNEPA are excited to welcome Mushka Parnas, RDMS to our team. Mushka is an experienced sonographer specializing in OB/GYN ultrasound imaging. With training and former experience at Mount Sinai in NYC; and lead Sonographer at New Life OBGYN in Brooklyn, NY she brings a valuable service to our patients establishing the Ultrasound program at our practice running weekly on Tuesdays.

It was about April or May of last year when we received the first call from a patient wanting to establish care with guidance by their insurance carrier to find a new GYN provider. It was a special moment for sure!
Today, approximately 1 year later and 9 months since our clinic has been open; we are very pleased to be scheduling patient #1000!!! Big thanks to our wonderful community in NEPA for welcoming us as a practice and trusting us with your care. We are proud to continue providing access to care for women’s health and grateful to our lovely staff working so hard everyday to run operations effectively and efficiently. It’s a great day! 😊
