Please stay focused . In the here and now . Events on the social media and television are often difficult to process . You need to take care of your mental and physical health . Eat nutritious foods . Sleep hygiene is of paramount importance. Do not use alcohol or any mood altering substances. Drink at least 8 glasses of water . Exercise regularly and keep a routine . Please call your therapist if any information is overwhelming you personally. Please stay compliant with your psychotropic medications . Do not hesitate to reach out to your psychiatrist if you have any change in your mood that you cannot handle . Individual and group therapy is very important.
