Keller Dairy is located outside of Bellechester Minnesota. They are a family dairy operated by Ted Keller and his children. They milk roughly 200 cows twice a day in a double 16 parallel parlor that was installed in 2006. Their herd consists of Holstein, Jersey, and Brown Swiss. Their cows also have access to pasture. They have been patrons of Plainview Milk Products since June 1st of 2009. Ted was the happiest married man to his late wife Lora. Ted and Lora raised their 9 children on the farm; Nick, Samantha, Juli, Jeremy, Cathrine, Alison, Elizabeth, Zachary, and Danny. Nick and his wife, Kim, have two boys. Samantha and her husband, Taylor, have a son. Juli and her husband, Lucas, have two daughters and a son. Cathrine is newly married to Ryan, and Allison is with her longtime boyfriend AJ. Jeremy, Danny, Zachary, and Ted all start chores with the sun coming up. Danny brings cows in from pasture before milking and Jeremy scrapes until he can join Ted and Zachary with milking. The boys also feed calves while milking is being done. Ted has always thought that the work ethic that is taught on a dairy farm is one of the greatest lessons he could have taught his children. Ted came into farming with the thought that is all he has ever known and all he has ever wanted to do. With working with Plainview Milk Products, their family enjoys the honesty that the creamery has shown them along with having a say in what happens at the creamery. Being with Plainview Milk Products, Ted feels that knowing who he is working with, the board members and the manager, and that every farm matters no matter the size of their production.

Maple Breeze Dairy is owned by Bruce and Natalie Wood and islocated just outside of Plainview. They alone have been patrons of Plainview Milk Products since 2012 when Bruce’s father retired, though their family has a long time standing with Plainview Milk Products starting with Bruce’s grandfather, Byron Wood. They have a double five herringbone parlor that was put in on the farm in 1980. They currently milk between 130-140 cows twice a day. Their herd consists of Holsteins, Brown Swiss, and Ayrshires. The farm started in 1858. In 2005, Bruce and his father, Roland started the Maple Breeze name for the farm. Bruce and Natalie have three children; Kallie, Ryanne, and Braiden. Kallie works for the Public Defender office and Winona and is newly married to Tyler Lehnertz. They have three girls to keep them busy. Ryanne is a Kindergarten teacher at Byron Primary School. Braiden works for Hunt Electric as a machine operator installing solar panels. Bruce and Natalie's favorite thing about being dairy farmers is the flexibility of their schedules. Their favorite part of being a patron at Plainview Milk Product is that it is a small local business, and if they have any issues they know who to call and know that they are able to trust Plainview Milk Products
